Domestic Violence Project: Connect and Change

The WTCI has established a social action project called Connect and Change, supported by grants from the Far Fund and The Viola W. Bernard Foundation. Women who have experienced domestic violence are provided with weekly pro-bono psychotherapy from experienced psychotherapists for "as long as it takes." It is our belief that ongoing psychodynamic work can greatly increase a woman's ability to move beyond abusive relationships, and secondarily, have an enormous positive impact on the children of violent relationships.
