Explore the Relationship Between One’s Body Image and the Influence of Media
Facilitated by Jessica Lora, LCSW-R, attendees will explore the influence of current media culture and the internalization of shame on one’s own body image perception. Participants will have the opportunity to identify the relationship with their own body image perceptions as a result of exposure to different media platforms and mainstream beauty ideals.
